Pro Tem lost a legend recently in Ken Jarosz. He served Pro Tem as Treasurer for 20 years, and my time working with Ken these past 10 years or so, go like this.: Ken stayed largely behind the scenes doing his part, never seeking recognition, and simply happy to contribute.
We need a new Treasurer.
PRO TEM TREASURER
1. Volunteer position – your club dues will be covered each year.
2. Must have an accounting background with understanding of GAAP to keep accurate and current books.
3. Manage any and all matters financial with Pro Tem with a focus on simplicity and accuracy, including tax documentation.
4. You have a position on the Board of Control.
5. You honor the tradition of the club.
6. Manage the membership by collecting dues, monitoring guest attendance, collecting guest fees and all other revenues.
7. Manage all payments to vendors, speakers, etc.
8. Assist Secretary with collection of new member fees and dues
9. Report financial statue at the Board of Control meetings.
